For just two nights (June 16 & 17), Naughty Pizza in Business Bay is handing over the dough reins to Illia Andriushyn—formerly of Kharkiv’s top Neapolitan pizza spots, now executive chef at Dubai’s A Normal Day—as part of their brand-new Pizza Brotherhood series. This isn’t just a collab; it’s a slice of resilience, rolled thin and fire-baked with love.
The menu? Equal parts nostalgia, rebellion, and Kharkiv pride. Imagine a Pizza Hot Dog with homemade Ukrainian kovbasa, caramelized onion jam, and—yes—mayonez. Or a star-shaped Margherita called the Stella, with tvoroh-stuffed crust that hugs you back.
