Marjan Hospitality transforms weekday dining into a culinary journey across the emirate.
- Five iconic venues showcase Ras Al Khaimah through exclusive seasonal menus.
- Local honey creates a signature thread across every dining experience.
- Guests can explore premium and casual dining throughout the summer.
- Completing all five experiences unlocks a chance to win prizes.
Summer travel habits are changing. Increasingly, residents and visitors across the UAE are choosing destinations based on experiences rather than itineraries, and few experiences remain more powerful than food. This shift helps explain why Ras Al Khaimah restaurants are taking a distinctly different approach to the quieter summer months, transforming weekday dining into an invitation to discover the emirate itself.
Launched by Marjan Hospitality, Flavours of Ras Al Khaimah is a new limited-time culinary series running from July through September, bringing together leading chefs, luxury hotels and local producers through a collection of exclusive dining experiences available Sunday through Thursday.
Across global travel markets, culinary tourism continues to grow as travellers increasingly seek authentic experiences that connect them to a place’s culture, history and identity. Ras Al Khaimah appears to be embracing that movement by turning its restaurants into storytellers.
Rather than offering a standard restaurant promotion, the campaign invites guests to explore five distinct interpretations of Ras Al Khaimah’s culinary identity. Each participating venue has created an exclusive menu inspired by local landscapes, regional ingredients and the personal vision of its chefs.
A defining element across all experiences is the use of Ras Al Khaimah Honey, which serves as a culinary thread connecting desert resorts, beachfront properties and city dining venues. Whether paired with seafood, regional produce or traditional flavours, the ingredient reflects the campaign’s broader goal of celebrating the people and producers shaping the emirate’s hospitality scene.

The participating venues span a wide spectrum of dining styles and price points, reinforcing the growing accessibility of destination dining experiences across the UAE.
Guests can experience:
- A four-course menu at Farmhouse by Syrco at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert
- Moroccan-inspired dining at Dar Zellij, Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island
- Heritage-inspired afternoon tea at Dome Lounge, Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah
- Casual contemporary dining at The Daily, Rove Al Marjan Island
- European-inspired cuisine at Hopfenberg, Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah
To encourage guests to explore the full collection, diners who visit all five participating restaurants and complete their Flavours of Ras Al Khaimah Dining Passport will have the opportunity to enter a special prize draw, adding an element of discovery and adventure to the experience.
As UAE travellers increasingly seek meaningful experiences closer to home, Flavours of Ras Al Khaimah demonstrates how food can become a gateway to understanding a destination. This summer, the emirate isn’t simply inviting guests to dine. It’s inviting them to explore!
