From loyalty growth to hotel renovations, STORY is reshaping how guests experience its portfolio.
- STORY Hospitality brings fresh growth plans to Arabian Travel Market.
- STORY DISCOVERY has already attracted nearly 3,000 new members.
- H Dubai is getting refreshed rooms, dining and wellness spaces.
- Storyfication brings teams together around one shared hospitality culture.
Dubai hotel stays are becoming more considered. Guests notice the lobby before check-in, compare rooms before booking and increasingly expect a hotel to feel current without losing its character. At Arabian Travel Market 2026, STORY Hospitality arrives with a similarly balanced idea, pairing fresh investment with the familiar details guests already know. It’s a timely approach.
A familiar marble lobby can say plenty before a guest reaches the reception desk. At H Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road, STORY Hospitality is preserving the property’s existing marble flooring, walls and ceiling while refreshing guest rooms, apartments and public spaces. That contrast matters. Familiar, yet fresh.
Coffee stops, business meetings and late-night dinners also form part of the H Dubai rhythm, which is why the refurbishment extends beyond bedrooms. Food and beverage outlets, wellness facilities and meeting spaces are all being renewed, alongside a revitalised gallery within the lobby. Completion is targeted for the end of 2026.
Meanwhile, frequent travellers are getting another reason to return. STORY DISCOVERY, launched in June through GHA DISCOVERY, has already brought in 2,943 new members, while members have generated more than 2,300 stays and 9,000 room nights across STORY properties. That’s a strong start.

For someone moving between Dubai, the Seychelles or Morocco, loyalty becomes more useful when it follows them. Members can access recognition, rewards and experiences across more than 1,000 hotels in 100 countries, while STORY’s digital channels are already contributing direct bookings. It makes the hotel loyalty Dubai conversation feel much more practical.
Behind the rooms and rewards is an equally important change in how the group works. Storyfication brings leadership, corporate teams and hotel employees into workshops and collaborative research designed to shape shared values, behaviours and leadership principles. People matter here.
That focus feels particularly relevant as hospitality groups expand across markets with very different local identities. STORY currently operates across the UAE, Seychelles and Morocco, with further international development planned, yet the aim isn’t to make every hotel feel identical. Local character stays part of the formula.
At ATM 2026, held at Dubai World Trade Centre from September 14 to 17, STORY is therefore presenting more than a growth plan. Its stand brings together a hotel refresh, a fast-growing loyalty programme and a culture project designed to connect the people behind the stays. For Dubai’s hospitality scene, that’s a chapter worth watching!
