Kairos Coffee Assembly turns two October mornings into an hour of mindful movement.
- Al Quoz gets a slower start with sound healing and stretching.
- Guests can move, breathe and reset before Dubai fully wakes.
- Fresh coffee follows a gentle hour on the mat.
- Limited drinks add a sunny finish to the morning.
At 8am, before Al Quoz fully slips into its usual rhythm, there’s something appealing about choosing stillness instead. World Mental Health Day Dubai is bringing that idea into a coffee setting this October, where an hour of sound healing, stretching and freshly roasted coffee offers a gentler way to begin the weekend.
On Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 October, Kairos Coffee Assembly will host Stretch with Samantha from 8am to 9am, led by Samantha Tabaldo. Guests will move through a slow, full-body stretch accompanied by gentle sound healing, while the neighbourhood outside gradually wakes up.
For Dubai residents used to squeezing wellness between meetings, school runs and weekend plans, the timing is part of the appeal. There’s no elaborate retreat or full-day commitment here. Just one hour on a mat, followed by a drink and the smell of fresh coffee roasting nearby.
The setting adds its own sensory detail. While guests stretch, Kairos’ Bellwether Shop Roaster, the UAE’s first of its kind, quietly roasts coffee beans just a few feet away. You can hear the gentle rhythm of the morning. Then comes the coffee.

For the weekend, the menu also gets a limited themed edit, including Kairos Matcha in OG, Strawberry, Mango and Lemonade variations, alongside the Stretch Cloud, made with a coconut water base and peach stretch foam. Regular Kairos pours remain available too, giving guests a familiar coffeehouse finish after the movement session.
Dubai’s wellness scene has been making more room for experiences that combine movement, recovery and social rituals, from sound healing and yoga to wellness cafés and mindful gatherings. Kairos takes that idea into Al Quoz, pairing a stretch session with one of the city’s most comforting morning rituals: coffee.
For anyone who normally spends Sunday morning scrolling in bed or rushing towards brunch, this offers another option. Gather a mat, take an hour and let the day start slowly.
Places are limited to 20 guests per morning, with tickets priced at AED 130 and including a drink of choice. For World Mental Health Day, Kairos isn’t asking Dubai to stop completely. It’s simply creating one hour where slowing down feels like the plan.
Book the morning, head to Al Quoz and stay for the coffee. Sometimes a little space is exactly what the weekend needs!
