Some desserts become part of family traditions. A birthday cake gets remembered long after the candles are blown out, while a favourite pastry becomes the treat everyone asks for on the way home. Cake Lab Dubai is bringing that kind of familiar indulgence from Tashkent to the city’s dessert scene, with fresh cakes and pastries prepared at its own Al Quoz kitchen and delivered across Dubai. The family recipe book travels with them.
Founded in Tashkent in 2012, Cake Lab grew from a single shop into a business with 18 branches and more than 600 employees across Uzbekistan. Fourteen years on, the family still follows one rule: make food they would be happy to serve their own children. That means real butter, consistent recipes and portions that stay the same as the business grows. No shortcuts.
For Dubai residents planning a birthday at home, arranging an office celebration or simply looking for something sweet after dinner, delivery makes trying a new patisserie an easy decision. Cake Lab’s Al Quoz production facility has been operating since June 2026, with orders available through Deliveroo, Careem, noon, Keeta and WhatsApp. There is no need to visit a shop.
The early favourites already give a sense of the menu. Pecan and Chocolate éclairs lead orders in Dubai, made with choux pastry baked fresh daily. The honey cake follows a recipe from the brand’s earliest days in Tashkent, layering thin sheets of honey cake with delicate custard cream. Some recipes stay put.

Other options bring a more playful look to the dessert table. The Coffee Cake is shaped like a coffee bean, with chocolate-almond shortcrust, coffee cream and coffee mousse beneath a velvety coating. Cherry Cake combines chocolate sponge, ganache, cherry-lime coulis and chocolate mousse, while macarons come in flavours such as Pistachio and Strawberry, Mint and Lime, and Chocolate and Salted Caramel.
Behind the polished pastries is a kitchen bringing together Uzbek pastry chefs, who maintain the original recipes and standards, and experienced local chefs. The team also takes part in training and masterclasses led by international pastry professionals. Familiar flavours remain central.
Dubai’s appetite for delivery makes this model particularly relevant. Khaleej Times reported that UAE restaurant delivery orders rose 17% year on year during summer 2026, with delivery accounting for more than a third of restaurant orders. Cake Lab is also supplying cafés, restaurants, hotels and offices, with a physical Dubai store planned for the future.
For now, the simplest way to explore the range is from home. Browse Cake Lab’s desserts on the major delivery apps or order directly through WhatsApp at +971 58 258 3388. Start with the éclairs or honey cake, then decide which one deserves a place at the next family gathering.
