Both chefs bring unique culinary expertise to the table. Chef Mevish, celebrated for his mastery of Mediterranean fusion, partners with Chef Dragan, a Dalmatian coast native with over two decades of experience. Together, they craft a vibrant and thoughtful menu, starting with the richness of Twine’s signature pitta bread and concluding with a reimagined Bougatsa—a custard-based dessert with a Mediterranean twist.
