On 12 February, Avatara will transform its dining room into a quiet stage for flavour, hosting a one night Paragon Pairing Experience that brings together Indian vegetarian fine dining and contemporary beverage craftsmanship. In collaboration with globally respected beverage innovator Nana Sechere, the evening will unfold as a carefully paced exploration of balance, texture, and restraint, where food and drink speak the same language.

At the heart of the experience will be Avatara’s seventeen course Experience Menu, already known for its nuanced approach to Indian vegetarian gastronomy. Rather than simply complementing the dishes, Nana’s bespoke cocktail and mocktail pairings are designed to move alongside the menu, amplifying specific notes while allowing each course to retain its identity. Drawing from Paragon’s botanical cordials, the beverages are built with precision and intention.
