This October, China Tang Dubai unveiled an extended A La Carte menu led by Executive Chef Simon Wu, bringing fresh Cantonese creations alongside select signature dishes from London to Marasi Bay Marina. Guests will find interactive tableside service, exclusive Wagyu preparations, and refined seasonal plates that complement the restaurant’s Art Deco interiors and marina-facing terrace.

Chef Simon Wu’s new lineup highlights precision and regional depth, anchored in Cantonese technique and modern presentation. The menu introduces creative items that balance texture and aroma, while preserving the calm restraint Cantonese cuisine is known for. The restaurant pairs these plates with the large, atmospheric dining room and two private rooms, creating a versatile setting for both intimate dinners and larger gatherings.
