Dubai is officially set to shatter its own records this New Year’s Eve with a city-wide spectacle that promises to be its most ambitious yet. The Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) has confirmed that over 48 licensed and regulated fireworks shows will illuminate 40 locations across the emirate to ring in 2026. From the iconic Downtown skyline to the tranquil Hatta mountains, the entire city is being transformed into a massive stage for pyrotechnics.
While the world’s eyes are traditionally fixed on the Burj Khalifa, the 2025 celebration is designed to be a multi-sensory experience featuring state-of-the-art lasers, drones, and pyrotechnics. To ensure public safety, SIRA is providing full on-site oversight across all locations, ranging from luxury resorts like Atlantis, The Palm to community hubs like Town Square – Nshama.
