Perched on Level 52 of Shangri‑La The Shard, the bar now offers drinks born from Asian heritage and sustainable intent. Every creation from seed to sip draws upon the lifecycle of plants to spark flavour, ritual and impact.

In keeping with recent trends in botanical cocktails and ethical sourcing, Nature & Earth presents signature drinks that embody growth and nuance:

  • Buckwheat features Japanese whisky, shochu and handcrafted noodle garnish
  • Flesh blends tequila, mezcal, mango and spices for a bold sensory hit
  • Flower combines chrysanthemum honey, gin and Champagne for visual elegance
