The energy is electric at Yas Mall as LEGO® Middle East and Yas Mall are well underway with their attempt to break the Guinness World Records title for the “Largest LEGO Brick Formula 1 Car.” Since October 10th, families, LEGO lovers, and racing fans alike have been rolling up their sleeves and joining in the construction, brick by brick, with the event now in full throttle and just days away from the big reveal.

The record-breaking effort, set to conclude on October 19th, has seen thousands of visitors flock to Yas Mall to add their personal touch to this ambitious project. Participants of all ages have been contributing at dedicated build stations, each given 40 LEGO bricks to complete a section of the car. Every completed section is handed over to the Chief Brick Engineer, slowly bringing to life the massive LEGO Formula 1 car that is taking shape right before the crowd’s eyes.

With each passing day, excitement builds—literally—as the car’s progress is on full display for all to see at Yas Mall’s Sports Boulevard. Visitors are not only playing a part in this monumental construction but also enjoying the festival atmosphere, complete with play experiences and creative activities for the whole family. LEGO Master Builders are hard at work piecing together the contributions of the community, preparing for the grand moment on October 19th when a Guinness World Record auditor will confirm the achievement.
