Bar Termini, celebrated for its exquisite cocktail creations and a three-time regular on the Worlds 50 Best Bars list (2016-18), will bring its signature blend of 1950s Italian bar culture to The Guild’s café. This one-night-only event promises a unique mid-week treat, offering guests a taste of Soho in the heart of Dubai.

Guests will have the chance to indulge in Bar Termini’s famous negronis and spritzes, paired perfectly with classic Italian aperitivo snacks. Start your evening with a Negroni Superiore (Campari, Gin, and Sweet Vermouth) or a Classico (Campari, Gin, Sweet Vermouth, and Pink Peppercorns), both available for just 45 AED. For those who prefer a sweeter touch, options like the Spritz Termini (Malfy Rosa, Rhubarb Cordial, Aperol, and Prosecco), Pendennis Club (Malfy Rosa, Apricot Liqueur, Lime Juice, Sugar Syrup, and Peychaud’s Bitter), and Shakerato (Malfy Gin, Malfy Rosa, and Lemon Cordial) are all priced at 55 AED.

True to Bar Termini’s style, standing Single Espressos will also be served at the bar for just 10 AED. Alongside these world-class cocktails, guests can enjoy a selection of elevated bites, starting from just 40 AED. Pair your drinks with Marinated Olives and Parmesan, Prosciutto with Herb Focaccia, Burrata with Tomato and Crispy Flat Bread, and more.
