- A new weekly ladies’ ritual debuted 76 floors above Dubai’s skyline
- Free-flow rosé paired with a refined three-course Asian-inspired menu
- Fire pit terraces, indoor glamour, and DJ-led energy set the mood
- A polished midweek escape designed for elevated social dining
On Tuesday evenings, the energy at TATTU Sky Pool shifted into something distinctly more indulgent. With the launch of Lotus & Rosé, the venue introduced its first-ever midweek social experience designed exclusively for women, offering a polished blend of dining, music, and atmosphere high above the city. Set 76 floors up, the weekly gathering quickly positioned itself as a new go-to for stylish midweek plans.
Running every Tuesday from 7 PM to 11 PM, Lotus & Rosé was conceived as an easy yet elevated ritual. Guests arrived to sweeping views across the marina and Bluewaters, choosing between al fresco seating around glowing fire pits on cooler evenings or an indoor setting framed by dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows. A DJ-led soundtrack carried the night forward, striking a balance between laid-back elegance and after-dark energy.
At the heart of the experience was a thoughtfully curated three-course menu that reflected TATTU’s modern Asian culinary identity. The starters set the tone with options such as torched Salmon Roll with wasabi salsa, Seven-Spiced Seared Tuna finished with truffle aioli and caviar, or a bold Salt & Pepper Aubergine paired with garlic and cherry hoisin. Mains followed with crowd-pleasers like Asian BBQ Chicken and Sea Bass Fillet glazed in miso, delivering comfort without losing refinement. The evening concluded on a sweet note with Japanese Doughnuts, layered with green matcha and white chocolate.

Complementing the menu was a two-hour free-flow of selected wines, prosecco, and rosé, designed to keep the evening relaxed and social. For those looking to elevate the moment further, an optional Moët & Chandon Champagne upgrade added a celebratory edge. Priced at AED 275 per person, with the Champagne upgrade available for AED 250, the experience struck a careful balance between accessibility and luxury.
Inspired by the symbolism of the lotus and rose in Chinese culture, representing purity and renewal, Lotus & Rosé leaned into the idea of pause and pleasure in the middle of the week. It was less about excess and more about atmosphere, shared moments, and lingering longer than planned.
With this new weekly offering, TATTU Sky Pool expanded its identity beyond destination dining, creating a refined social ritual for women seeking a midweek escape that felt special without trying too hard. Lotus & Rosé set the tone for evenings where the city lights, good food, and flowing glasses did the talking!
