Abu Dhabi’s culinary calendar turns celebratory this October as the MICHELIN Guide Ceremony returns to the capital. The fourth edition will be held on October 23, 2025 at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, in partnership with Experience Abu Dhabi. A press conference will reveal the MICHELIN Guide Abu Dhabi 2026 selection, followed by an exclusive cocktail reception where guest chefs will present innovative canapés.
The ceremony brings together the region’s most notable restaurants, chefs and hospitality leaders to honour achievements across Abu Dhabi’s dining scene. The event is curated to spotlight both established names and rising talent, and it will include chef demonstrations and tasting moments that reflect the city’s growing gastronomic profile. This gathering builds on previous editions that have positioned Abu Dhabi as a major stage for fine dining and creative cuisine.
The evening features five guest chefs, four of whom are drawn from the MICHELIN Guide Abu Dhabi 2025 selection. Participating names include Hakkasan, Mate, Butcher & Still and Café Milano, with an international guest chef to be revealed. Attendees will have the opportunity to observe chefs in action and taste a specially curated menu of innovative canapés that showcase the capital’s diverse culinary influences.
The ceremony will be invitation only and timed to offer an intimate industry celebration, followed by networking opportunities during the cocktail reception. Beyond awards, the occasion functions as a platform for chefs to present new ideas, for restaurateurs to connect with peers, and for Abu Dhabi to showcase its evolving culinary scene to regional and international audiences.
