“We are thrilled to bring the flavors of Italy to Dubai,” said Head Chef Fabio Longhi, an Italian native from Torino. Prior to opening Big Oli, he worked as a private chef specializing in Italian cuisine for 11 years in Dubai. “At Big Oli, we pride ourselves on quality and authenticity. We want our guests to feel as if they are dining in a trattoria in Venice.” Chef Fabio’s favorite dishes on the menu are the squid ink bigoli and duck ragu bigoli.
