The star-studded launch at Koko Bay, Dubai, was a testament to Lall’s remarkable journey across industries, bringing together celebrated figures from business, cinema, and beyond.

The evening opened with an address by H.E. Satish Kumar Sivan, Consul General of India, who acknowledged Lall’s significant impact on both the corporate and entertainment worlds. The guest list featured some of Dubai’s most influential leaders, including Rizwan Sajan (Danube Group), Surender Singh Kandhari (Al Dobowi Group), and Vasu Shroff (Regal Group of Companies). Adding a cinematic touch, veteran filmmaker Rakesh Roshan and director Shashi Ranjan, fresh off their Netflix series The Roshans, were also in attendance.

In an emotional speech, Rajan Lall reflected on his journey, crediting his parents and the artistic influences that shaped his path. “This book is not just about my life; it’s a tribute to my parents and the artists who inspired me. I hope my story encourages others to chase their dreams, no matter the obstacles.”

More than just a memoir, I Did It My Way takes readers through Lall’s personal and professional milestones, from his family’s roots in 1940s India to his lasting legacy in business and Bollywood. The book is enriched with rare, vintage photographs from Bollywood’s golden era, featuring icons like Saira Bano and Raj Kapoor. With a foreword penned by his close friend Shatrughan Sinha, the autobiography promises an intimate look into the life of a man who carved his own path.
