Free-flowing Penfolds Cuvee Brut NV Champagne, made in partnership with Champagne Thiénot
An indulgent spread of starters, from oysters and folly Chips to Braised Beef Beignet with truffle
Seasonal salads including Dorset Crab with apple and cucumber and Heirloom Tomato with stracciatella
Show-stopping mains of Beef Wellington with thyme and red wine jus, and Roast Monkfish with champagne caviar butter sauce
Desserts to share, featuring Baked Chocolate with blood orange sorbet, Pavlova, Olive Oil Ice Cream, and a curated cheese trolley
Packages are priced at AED 450 for the alcoholic brunch with three hours of champagne and wine pairings, or AED 350 for the non-alcoholic option, which comes with premium zero-proof beverages.
The experience doesn’t end when dessert plates are cleared. From 4 PM to 7 PM, guests can slip into Penfolds Happy Hour, where Koonunga Hill Shiraz-Cabernet and Chardonnay are poured at AED 38 per glass. folly Brasserie also keeps the celebration alive with its own cocktail happy hour, serving signature favorites like the Infamous Folly Pop and Fleur de Martini.
