- Alain Ducasse opens a two floor French-American steakhouse at Wynn Al Marjan Island.
- Delilah arrives with supper club glamour, cocktails and nightly live music.
- Wynn Design promises immersive, theatrical dining spaces that surprise and delight.
- Both venues are slated to debut with the resort when it opens in Spring 2027.
A culinary curtain rises on Ras Al Khaimah as Wynn Al Marjan Island names its first two headline restaurants. Alain Ducasse will open a two floor French-American steakhouse, while Delilah brings its supper club glamour to the resort. Both venues promise theatrical dining, live music and high design, setting the tone for the resort’s full opening in Spring 2027.
Wynn Design and Development frames each space with dramatic intent, aiming to astonish guests as much as satisfy them. Todd-Avery Lenahan explains that the resort’s concept focuses on detail and surprise, saying, “Every element of Wynn Al Marjan Island has been conceptualized by Wynn Design & Development to surprise guests and surpass their expectations, to create a singular resort they’ve simply never experienced before.” That creative ambition positions the restaurants as more than places to eat. They will be destinations where architecture, hospitality and performance meet at the table.
The Alain Ducasse steakhouse promises a decadent, show-driven dining experience across two floors. The menu will fuse classic steakhouse favourites with French refinement, from Duck Fois Gras Brioche to tableside carved steaks and flambéed desserts such as Baked Alaska. The “Beef Club” portion of the menu invites diners to choose steaks and pairings with theatrical flair. Chef Alain Ducasse shared his enthusiasm, saying, “I’m very proud and honored to contribute to the Wynn Al Marjan Island project, which is for sure one of the most visionary and ambitious projects in the region.” He added that the concept will “radically reinvent the steakhouse concept by boldly reinterpreting the American classics with a contemporary French flair.”

Delilah will translate the golden age of supper clubs into a modern Middle East setting, blending cocktails, nightly live music and an intimate, cinematic atmosphere. Designed to host everything from romantic dinners to celebratory tables, Delilah will feature signature dishes familiar to fans of the Las Vegas outpost alongside new plates that showcase regional produce. The h.wood Group partnership signals a focus on showmanship, with founders Brian Toll and John Terzian noting their excitement to introduce Delilah to the Middle East. Together, these venues will help define Wynn Al Marjan Island’s dining identity while creating new jobs and boosting the emirate’s culinary profile.
