Sixteen years after launching in Dubai, Kcal has built something no wellness brand has done before: a programme that starts and ends with your blood work.
- Kcal’s 360 Longevity Programme is the world’s first to combine nutrition, hydration, supplementation and biomarker testing
- Each client begins and ends the 12-week programme with a 26-marker blood panel by Unilabs
- The first intake is limited to 50 clients with applications now open at kcallife.com/longevity
- Each supplement sachet contains 38 active ingredients including NMN, Lion’s Mane and collagen
The Kcal longevity programme in Dubai did not arrive as a pivot or a rebrand. It arrived as the next logical question from a business that has spent sixteen years asking the same one: what does good nutrition actually look like in someone’s real life? Andreas Borgmann founded Kcal in Dubai in 2010 not because the economic timing was right, but because he wanted somewhere he could eat food he genuinely enjoyed and know exactly what was on his plate nutritionally. He built Kcal from that personal frustration. What launched this September is where that same instinct has arrived sixteen years later: a 12-week programme that combines nutrition, hydration and supplementation with before-and-after biomarker testing, the first time all four elements have been brought together within a single structured programme anywhere in the world.
Only 50 places are available in the first intake. Applications are open now at kcallife.com/longevity.
The first thing every client does on the 360 Longevity Programme is not choose a meal plan. It is have a nurse come to their home or office and draw blood. The 26-marker panel, processed by European diagnostics group Unilabs, covers metabolism and blood sugar, cholesterol and cardiovascular health, liver function, vitamins and hormones. Results are reviewed with a dedicated Kcal nutritionist and used to inform the specific programme that follows. At Week 12, the exact same panel is repeated under the same conditions. Same lab, same protocol. Clients receive a direct comparison with where they started.
For Borgmann, this is the part that matters most. “We can all say something is good for you,” he says. “I would rather look at the data. That’s why the programme starts with blood work and finishes with blood work. You have a baseline, you follow the programme for 12 weeks, and then you can see what actually changed.” After sixteen years of watching the UAE wellness conversation evolve, from calorie counting in 2010 to macros to protein and now to longevity and preventative health, this shift toward transparency and evidence feels to him less like a trend and more like an arrival. People today do not simply want to be told something is healthy. They want to understand what is in it, why they are taking it and what it actually does.

The 360 Longevity Programme runs Monday to Friday across 12 weeks, giving clients 60 delivery days within a 5-on/2-off structure. Four connected areas make up the full programme.
The nutrition component delivers three meals and two snacks daily, built around the Kcal plate: half greens, a quarter protein, with the remaining quarter split between healthy fats and complex carbohydrates. Every meal is prepared with olive oil only and contains no additives, preservatives, seed oils or processed ingredients. The men’s programme averages 1,900 kcal and 150g of protein per day. The women’s programme averages 1,500 kcal and 120g of protein per day.
Hydration is covered by Kcal Hydra+, with two sugar-free electrolyte sachets daily, each containing 2g of creatine monohydrate. Supplementation comes through Kcal Core: each 23g sachet contains 38 active ingredients including NMN, Calcium AKG, spermidine, creatine, Lion’s Mane and collagen. The formula is third-party lab verified and contains no proprietary blends, with every ingredient and every dose listed on the label.
Weekends sit outside the structured programme delivery, with clients encouraged to continue the habits the programme builds: balanced meals, hydration, quality sleep and daily movement.
Borgmann is thoughtful about what Kcal has learned across sixteen years of operating in one of the world’s fastest-moving cities. “I’ve been in Dubai since 2006, so I’ve had the privilege of building a business here while the city itself has been changing incredibly quickly,” he says. “You can’t really stand still because the market around you doesn’t stand still.” What started with restaurants expanded into meal plans, catering and performance nutrition, and then into supplementation and hydration. The Longevity Programme is the first time all of it has been brought together under one measurable structure.
The question Kcal is now asking sits at the frontier of where the UAE wellness industry is heading. “Most healthcare starts when something has already gone wrong,” Borgmann says. “I’m interested in what happens before that.” Preventative health, driven by personal data rather than generic advice, is the next significant opportunity he sees in the market. And his instinct about where consumers are going has a reasonable track record. When he launched Kcal in 2010 during a difficult economic period, the bet was that if he was looking for genuinely good nutritious food that fit into real life, other people probably were too. They were.
His advice for the people joining the first intake of 50 is the same advice that has underpinned Kcal since the beginning. “Consistency matters more than being perfect for two weeks. Healthy food still has to be food you actually want to eat.” What the Longevity Programme adds to that principle is the ability to stop guessing. Twelve weeks. Sixty delivery days. Two blood panels. Real data about what your body actually did.
The women’s programme is priced at AED 233 per day and the men’s programme at AED 250 per day, across 60 days of food over 12 weeks. Payment splits are available through Tabby. The first intake is limited to 50 clients. Applications are open now at kcallife.com/longevity.
