BurJuman Diwali 2026 brings these moments together with a month-long celebration of South Asian culture, free creative activities and a chance to win a new SUV. There’s plenty to explore.
A festive shopping trip feels different when the market itself becomes part of the celebration. At BurJuman Mall, a Diwali Bazaar with 30 vendors is bringing seasonal finds to Level 2, in Lobbies D and E, while colourful décor and photo spots give visitors reasons to pause between stores. It’s made for a browse. Families and friends can also join complimentary workshops in lantern making, toran crafting, mandala art and Indian calligraphy, running Monday to Thursday from 5pm to 9pm until 12 November.
Music can turn an ordinary mall visit into an evening out. BurJuman’s Musical Baithaks return after last year’s popularity, offering traditional South Asian performances in an intimate setting on selected Fridays. On Sundays, roaming dhol performers and the Desi Beats Hour bring Bollywood, Punjabi, Garba and Dandiya favourites into the mix. Expect familiar rhythms. The talent competition adds another local touch, inviting performers of all ages to take part in singing, dance, theatre and more, with finalists competing for a share of AED 10,000 in BurJuman Mall Gift Cards.
A festive shopping list can quickly grow to include clothes, gifts, sweets and decorations for home. Through BurJuman’s Spend & Win promotion, shoppers who spend AED 300 or more across mall stores in a single day can enter a digital raffle for a JETOUR T1 Comfort valued at AED 114,000, in partnership with JETOUR from Elite Group Holding. The celebration also steps outside the mall.
