The return of Amazónico Brunch is making Saturdays in Dubai anything but ordinary. Nestled in the heart of DIFC, Amazónico has reimagined its signature brunch to feel like a journey through Latin America, pairing daring flavors with vibrant performances and a rooftop after-party that extends the vibe into the evening.
The rainforest-inspired venue is already known for its lush interiors and energy-charged nights, but this season the brunch brings a sharper focus on rhythm and spectacle. From the first bite of salmon Ginshake Nigiri with banana miso cream to the last sip of a handcrafted cocktail, the experience is designed to immerse guests in indulgence and atmosphere.
Group Executive Chef Diego Sánchez Vargas has curated a menu that reads like a love letter to Latin flavors while staying rooted in Amazónico’s signature flair. Guests can expect:

Three brunch packages are available: Amazonico Oasis at AED 495 with mocktails and soft drinks, Jungle Spirits at AED 595 with wine, beer, and cocktails, and Tropical Bubbles at AED 795 with premium beverages. Kids under six dine free, while children up to 12 years old are priced at AED 300.
Food is only half the story at Amazónico. Resident and guest DJs fuel the afternoon with Latin house beats layered with live percussion, trumpet solos, and dancers who turn the venue into a living performance space. At 4:30 PM, the celebration moves to Paraíso Rooftop Lounge, where sunset cocktails and lush views stretch the party until 6:30 PM. For AED 250, the after-party package includes wine, beer, and cocktails, making it an easy way to transition from brunch indulgence to evening revelry.
