Ciel Dubai Marina: World’s Tallest Hotel Now Makes It Debut

  • Opening in November 2025, Ciel Dubai Marina reaches 82 sky floors.
  • World’s tallest hotel, rising to 377 metres, offers unmatched skyline views.
  • Home to the highest infinity pool, located on level 76.
  • 1,004 rooms and eight dining venues, featuring Tattu and West 13.

Dubai’s skyline gains a dramatic new landmark as Ciel Dubai Marina prepares to open in November 2025. Standing 377 metres tall across 82 floors, the Vignette Collection property blends striking architecture with luxury hospitality. Guests will find 1,004 rooms, eight distinctive dining venues, and a sky-high leisure offering centered on the world’s highest infinity pool.

Ciel is built to be seen and felt. Designed by NORR with an “eye of the needle” silhouette, the tower frames views of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf, and the wider city. As part of IHG’s Vignette Collection, the hotel pairs bespoke identity with global hospitality standards, leaning into rituals and local storytelling to give each stay a distinct character. The result reads like a boutique hotel at scale, where architecture and service meet to create moments worth remembering.

Dining is a headline here, with eight distinct concepts that span Mediterranean to pan-Asian flavours. Highlights include:

  • Tattu Dubai, a multi-level modern Asian concept with restaurant, sky pool, and sky lounge experiences.
  • West 13, a lively Mediterranean concept serving handmade pastas, mezze and seasonal dishes.
  • East 14 and Risen Café and Artisanal Bakery offering buffet-style Asian stations and locally sourced pastries.
Beyond food, the hotel places wellbeing high up. A luxury spa on the 61st floor and a 24/7 gym set against panoramic backdrops give guests restorative spaces above the city. Complimentary transfers to Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah extend those leisure options to sun and sand.

Ciel is designed to serve both business and leisure travellers. Executive Club rooms get access to the Nest lounge on level 16, and flexible meeting spaces are geared for skyline-facing gatherings. Families are catered for with a splash pad, kids club, and child-friendly menus. And with direct access to the Marina boardwalk, water taxis, Dubai Marina Mall, and nearby attractions like Bluewaters and JBR, the hotel sits as a central launch pad for exploring the city.

Ciel Dubai Marina stakes a bold claim on Dubai’s hospitality scene, offering landmark architecture, curated dining and sky-high leisure. Rooms open in November 2025. Reserve stays through the hotel’s official booking channels and be among the first guests to see Dubai from this new vantage point!
