Paris Society Dubai: Four Exciting New Places to Dine and Unwind

From Japanese beachfront dining to Greek evenings, explore the group’s upcoming UAE concepts.

  • Siga Siga draws on Greek traditions of food and friendship.
  • MŪN brings contemporary Japanese cuisine and Parisian glamour to J1 Beach.
  • ANZU Beach Club adds Mediterranean dining to Ras Al Khaimah.
  • Gigi Caffè brings Italian café culture to Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Grove.

A beachside lunch that turns into sunset drinks, a long dinner that stretches into late-night conversations, or a café stop that becomes an afternoon ritual: Dubai’s dining scene has increasingly made the setting part of the occasion. Paris Society Dubai is preparing to add four more addresses to that mix, with new restaurants and beach destinations planned across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah. Each has its own personality.

The hospitality group behind Gigi Rigolatto, Mimi Kakushi, Ninive and Maison Revka has outlined an expansion programme running from late 2026 into early 2027. The upcoming concepts move between Japanese, Mediterranean, Italian and Greek influences.

MŪN at J1 Beach, Dubai

For a dinner that begins with Japanese sharing plates and carries on into the evening, MŪN is bringing a different mood to J1 Beach. Born on the Champs-Élysées in Paris, the contemporary Japanese restaurant combines Japanese cuisine with Parisian glamour, music and a festive atmosphere.

The concept will feature an indoor restaurant and an outdoor garden beside the beach, with dishes intended for sharing. Think dinner with friends that doesn’t end after the last plate. MŪN is the headline Dubai opening in Paris Society’s latest expansion.

ANZU Beach Club at Al Hamra Boardwalk, Ras Al Khaimah

A poolside afternoon in Ras Al Khaimah is about to get another dining address. Developed and managed by Paris Society in partnership with Al Hamra, ANZU Beach Club will bring Mediterranean flavours, music and beachfront leisure to Al Hamra Boardwalk.

The concept centres on sun-soaked poolside afternoons and a lively coastal atmosphere. It’s a new option for residents and visitors looking to stretch a beach day into an evening out. More details are still to come.

Gigi Caffè at Saadiyat Grove, Abu Dhabi

Sometimes the best part of a shopping afternoon is finding somewhere inviting to pause. At Saadiyat Grove, Gigi Caffè will bring a café-style expression of the Gigi Rigolatto identity to Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Cultural District.

Expect indoor dining and an outdoor terrace, with the Italian elegance associated with the wider Gigi brand. Its location within a destination combining retail, art and fashion gives the café a natural place in the day’s plans. A slower stop between outings.

Siga Siga at 25hours Hotel One Central, Dubai

Greek dining often centres on parea, the pleasure of gathering around food, conversation and friends. Siga Siga will bring that spirit to 25hours Hotel One Central, with a contemporary Greek taverna concept featuring indoor and outdoor dining, a garden terrace and a lively bar.

Daytime meals will give way to more energetic evenings, with DJs and live percussion adding to the atmosphere. It’s a setting made for groups who like their dinner with a little more rhythm.

Beyond the UAE, the group’s recent openings have included Gigi Rigolatto and Maison Revka in Bodrum, Mimi Kakushi in Paros, Ninive in Bahrain and its arrival at Delano Miami Beach. Its 2027 development pipeline also includes projects across Saudi Arabia, Europe, the United States and the Maldives.

For Dubai diners, the next few months bring more reasons to explore the region’s restaurant scene, from J1 Beach to One Central. Keep an eye out for individual opening announcements, as dates and further details are yet to be confirmed.
